Property managers, tradespeople, neighbours or acquaintances often know first where an apartment is empty or a house is about to be sold. For every tip that leads to a purchase without an agent, we pay 1 % of the purchase price.
Referral fee conditions
- The fee is 1 % of the purchase price agreed in the purchase contract, excluding ancillary costs.
- You must be the first to name the property to us in writing, via form or email, and it must not have been known to us before.
- The fee applies to purchases without an agent. If we buy through an agent, no additional fee is payable. Our total commission burden is then no more than 3 % plus VAT.
- The purchase contract must be concluded within twelve months of your tip.
- Payment is made once the purchase price has been paid in full, against an invoice or receipt. You are responsible for any taxes.
- Owners, sellers and their relatives, representatives and advisers are excluded.
- There is no entitlement to the purchase of the property named.

Do you also buy let properties?
Yes. Existing tenancies, including older agreements, are no reason to exclude a property. We take them over and remain a reliable point of contact for the tenants.
What if the property needs extensive renovation?
That is our core business. You do not need to renovate, clear out or repair anything before selling.
Do all documents have to be complete?
No. The key facts are enough for a first assessment. We will obtain missing documents together.
How quickly can a purchase be completed?
That depends on the property and the documents. After the viewing, we will tell you openly what timeframe we consider realistic.
Will my enquiry be kept confidential?
